CNA Program Overview

The Carepaks Health Services Inc Basic Nursing Assistant Program in Normal, Illinois provides comprehensive training for aspiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This state-approved program meets all Illinois Department of Public Health requirements while preparing students for essential healthcare roles.

Admission Requirements

• Completed Carepaks application
• Valid photo identification
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Passing scores on health and physical examination
• Clear TB test results
• Successfully completed background check
• Passed English comprehension test Note: No high school diploma or GED required

CNA Program Structure

• Duration: Six weeks
• Theory instruction: 80 hours
• Clinical training: 40 hours
• New classes begin every two months
• Hands-on experience in local long-term care facilities
